Now, without a clear direction in life, her mother has urged her to find a job. 17-year-old Christine Ng faced similar struggles integrating into secondary school, despite her outgoing nature. As loneliness took hold, she turned to gaming, which eventually spiralled into addiction and exacerbated other mental health challenges.
