Summary
When Charles Santoso and Juwita Setiawan moved to Singapore in 2007, they noticed how hard it was to find real vanilla... and decided to do something about it. Today, the couple owns 12 vanilla farms, collaborates with some of the city’s top restaurants and is on a mission to prove that this underrated ingredient is anything but plain.
