Summary

In the series finale, the apprentices face their biggest test yet as weeks of training come down to one final verdict. 

With the taste test looming, Paul races to prove he can recreate his mentor Mr Neo's Hainanese chicken rice to standard. But when a kitchen mishap threatens to derail his final assessment, he must recover under pressure before presenting his dish to a panel of judges. 

Meanwhile, Shaly channels all he has learnt from Mdm Hajjah into his Nasi Ayam Penyet, including her closely guarded signature sambal recipe. As he prepares for judgment, the stakes go beyond taste — he must prove himself worthy of carrying on her name and legacy. 

But not every apprentice is on steady ground. As Vincent’s motivation falters and pressures outside the stall begin to affect his training, his future as a hawker apprentice is thrown into question.
