~Profile: Inoue Nagi, born on February 17, 2005. From Kanagawa Prefecture. Type B, 156cm. Center in Zetsubo no Ichibyou Mao in the 29th single "Actually...". My hobby is drawing. My nickname is "和 (nagi)"~

~Hajimemashite , my name is Inoue Nagi, and I am 17 years old~

~I'm Inoue Nagi from Nogizaka46, and I'd appreciate it if you remembered me as "nogi no nagi." As I have only recently joined this group, which is celebrating its 11th anniversary since its inception, I will work hard to make Nogizaka better/add more or less color to this group/, so please support me as well~

~While I prioritize the job at Nogizaka46, I also consider myself very fortunate to be able to participate in my favorite magazine photography job~

~I want to know more about what kind of girl she is♡~

~Question and Answer~

Q1: What is your favorite bento's food 

A1:My mother's fried eggs ,which is very sweet and taste like dessert.A bite of my mother's fried egg can instantly lift my spirits.

Q2: What kind of food do you like to cook?

A2: Omelet rice.My omelet rice is highly rated by my younger brother.I usually put the tomato sauce and seasoning in while frying the ingredients.Adding rice afterward is my personal preference.

Q3. What is your favourite dessert?

A3: Chestnut cake. My favorite chestnut cake are the ones sold by the cake shop near my house.

Q4:What is you favourite subject?

A4: If i must really say, it would be history.I don't like learning English.I dislike learning English because the level of difficulty is too high (laughs). 

Q5:An unique thing in your house?

A5.Thee is a strangely positioned pillar in my living room. For some unknown reason, there is a pillar between the living room and the dining room ,where my family member would often hang out ,play there or use the pillar to measure their height.Somehow ,the whole family love to gathered at that particular pillar.

Q6: What is your favourite color?

A6: Dark yellow (mustard). I love slightly darker yellow that is also unobtrusive . The color of the walls in my brother's room is in this color, and I have always been envious of my brother. My room has the kind of pink walls that are suitable for girls.Although I also like pink colour, i tend to prefer dark yellow.

Q7:What is your favourite time of the day?

A7:When i called my mother during dinner , and told her what happened today.I have a very close relationship with my mom! Every night over dinner,i will report to my mom regarding the event that transpired during the day, we would talk about things like "what happened this morning ,who did what, and the funny things that happened" and I really enjoyed that time spend talking to my mother. By the way, when I was a child, I used a picture diary to report to my mother every day. 

Q8:What is your favourite dressing style?

A8: light and simple! A thick top or a warm jacket with a hood and jeans is my routine for going out casually. I prefer long sleeves shirts, and wear them many times of the year. On a hot day in a cold room cold , i can wear it on like now. Wearing a long sleeves shirt is really convenient and pleasant, as there are many ways to wear it.

Q9:What is your favourite style of makeup?

A9:I am obsessed with colored mascara♡.I love the look of coloured mascara on top of a light layer of eyeshadow. I have a collection of many colors but so far,i have only used purple this week.

Q10: What are your strengths?

A10: Being very positive! I think as long as you work hard, most things will always work out!

Q11: Tell me your catchphrase!

A11: Meow Meow Nyagi ♡ (nyannyannyagi).It is done by saying "nyannyannyagi" and making a cat's ear with your hand. Ichinose Miku, one of the 5th-generation members, helped me think about it when I was coming up with a catchphrase, and I cherish it very much

Q12: How do you feel about being on ViVi magazine?

A12: I am very happy. "ViVi" gives the impression of being a magazine that is colorful and "full of personality."♡ Today I'm wearing a pure white dress with flowers in my hands... I think the atmosphere in this studio is really cool, and I'm so surprised by everything here that i feld like screaming "Wow!".

Q13: What motivated you to participate in the audition for "Nogizaka46"?

A13:  Because I have already decided in my heart to "challenge what I want to do"When I was a sophomore in high school, I decided that in the future I would try all the things I wanted to try. Participating in auditions is one of them. When I was preparing for the exam in high school, I listened to the song "Sekaijū no Rinjin yo", which resonated with me a lot. I quickly fell in love with Nogizaka46 after hearing that song.  I became who I am today because I constantly challenge myself.So, when I heard that Nogizaka46 was recruiting for its 5th generation,i took the courage to applied for the audtion. I am really glad that i have the courage at that time.

Q14: Have you been criticized recently?

A14:It is too many to count (laughs).I often get criticized by my mother for small things like not washing the dishes after cooking.

Q15:What would happen if you have an unrequited love?

A15: I'm not very good at being proactive.As I'm not the type to be very aggressive, so maybe I'll only express to the other person very implicitly, "Please realize my feelings quickly!".

Q16:What do you hope to do in the future?

A16:I hope to have more opportunities to perform on stage. I was really estatic to perform in Nogizaka46 10th birthday live during May. When I became a member of the group, I was moved by the appearance of the seniors who were practicing hard, and I was also moved by the stage performance that I had never imagined before.... During those two days(10th birthday live), I once again felt that the seniors are really sugoii!. I also want to work hard, and grow into a member who can contribute to the group.

Q17: Tell me about your own "personal rule"

A17: I would drink milk coffee in the morning, and soy flour milk in the evening. When i wake up in the morning, the first thing that i would do is to take out the milk coffee from the refrigerator and drink it. Since I'm usually still sleepy, I'll go outside and breathe some fresh air to wake myself up.I'll make a habit to drink soy milk before going to bed. This is simply because I love to drink soy milk. But, after knowing that drinking too much is bad, I set myself a "only one soy milk drink before bed" rule to prevent overdrinking soy milk.

Q18: What are your plans for this summer?

A18: Participate in the Nogizaka46 summer tour!.From the stage, the faces of the fans and their raised towels were clearly visible. It also makes me very happy when meeting the eyes of the fan as there is a feeling of "communication".. It is really exciting to be able to hold concerts in 7 cities across the country in the summer. There are also many places that I haven’t been to, so I’m looking forward to trying out the local delicacies during the tour.Of course, i will do my best at the rehearsal as well.

Q19: What moment do you think the members are "most beautiful"?

A19: When the members are sweating profusely during dance class. During dance rehearsal, there are many things that people don’t understand and everyone doesn’t know what to do. Also,during dance rehearsal, the mirror reflects everyone’s “ganbatte” emotion, which i thought it is really cool makes me feel very comfortable. handsome. Even though everyone is sweaty, and their makeup became messy, I still think everyone is still it's so beautiful! It's really incredible.

Q20: If you could speak with anyone now,who could you like to speak to?

A20: My childhood friend . We are both born in the same town, and are of the same age, and are friends since birth. She is more like my sister instead of an good friend. I could call her on the spur of the moment and vice versa. Although we no longer communicate on a regular basis, I still long to meet her whenever I think of her.

Q21:What could you normally do on the way home? 

A21: I would stop by a bookstore.As i like to read literature works, i would tend to search for books to read in bookstore. Today, i brought the book "すみれの花の砂糖漬け(Sumirenohana no satōdzuke)"  written by Ekuni Kaori(江國 香織) with me ,and intend to read it on the way home

Q22: Was there ever a time when you felt self-centered/selfish?

A22:When I was fighting my younger brother over the "last piece of snacks".When I am sharing snacks with my younger brother and there's only one left, I'll declare, "Because I'm the older sister, I should eat it," and eat it (laughs).

Q23: Actually... Honestly speaking, what kind of person do you think you are?

A23: I am the kind of person who doesn't tidy up stuff.First and foremost, my house is filled with books, clothes, dolls, and other stuff. I'm hesitant to throw them away because I have feelings for my possessions after using them for so long. After being chastised by my mother for not cleaning up, I simply piled them all together and stuffed them into the storage room. But a while ago, I decided to do some cleaning and ended up throwing away all of my summer clothes except four pieces. I'll probably have to buy some to compensate, or else it'll be a major crisis.
