Summary
In Singapore’s only women’s prison, about 800 inmates eat, sleep and live together in close confines. But when personalities clash and opinions differ, conflicts are bound to arise.
In the second episode of this three-part series, we witness how rumours spread “faster than Wi-Fi", causing disputes among inmates. With the help of her cellmates, Joanna tries to avoid self-harming. Separately, Halen has to try to control her temper to avoid getting a report from the officers. We track peer supporter Christeen as she manages the cell-life with her younger inmates and Haziqah as she tries to pull through a break-up with her fiancé while incarcerated.
